We specialize in the manufacture of precision turned parts and offer minimum batch sizes from 500 pieces.
Our ready-to-install turned parts are manufactured precisely according to individual customer drawings.
Production takes place on state-of-the-art machines, including:

Multi-spindle automatic lathes:
For machining turned parts with a diameter of up to 25 mm. -
CNC lathes:
For the production of turned parts with a diameter of up to 42 mm. Unsere CNC-Drehmaschinen verfügen über bis zu 11 Achsen, was eine hochpräzise Bearbeitung komplexer Geometrien ermöglicht.
Another advantage of our production technology is the ability to measure the parts directly in the machine during the machining process. This ensures maximum accuracy and quality at every stage of production.
We machine a wide range of materials, including brass, aluminum, stainless steel and free-cutting steel.
