2. What this website does not do
- No cookies of any kind are set.
- No analytics or tracking of any kind.
- No content is loaded from third-party servers – no Google Fonts, video platforms or social media buttons. The only exception is the location map on the contact page, which is loaded solely after you click on it – see section 8.
- No contact form; no data is stored in your browser.
- No transfer of data to countries outside the EU unless you load the map yourself (section 8).
For this reason no consent banner is required. The location map on the contact page is loaded only when you click on it; without that click there is no connection to Google whatsoever.
3. Server log files
When you access this website, your browser transmits technical data that our hosting provider stores in log files: IP address, date and time, the file requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and referring page.
Purpose: secure and reliable operation of the website. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. This data is not combined with other sources and not used for marketing. Retention: the server log files are deleted by our host after 30 days at the latest. They are kept longer only where this is necessary to investigate a specific security incident, in which case the records concerned are retained until that incident has been resolved.
4. Enquiry list
On the product pages and in the order number list you can collect items with quantities in an enquiry list. This list exists solely inside your own browser.
What is stored: order number, designation, material, chosen finish and quantity of the items you selected, plus the customer number and order reference if you choose to enter them.
Where: in your browser's local storage under the key hablizel-anfrage.
This is not a cookie. The data never leaves your computer and is at no point transmitted
automatically to us or to any third party.
How long: until you clear the list using the button provided or clear your browser's local storage. We cannot delete it because we have no access to it.
Legal basis: the storage is strictly necessary within the meaning of section 25(2)(2) TDDDG in order to provide the enquiry list you explicitly requested; no consent is required. Insofar as personal data is processed at all, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Sending: only when you click the e-mail button does your own mail program open with a prepared text. What you send is entirely your decision. Alternatively you can copy the text to the clipboard or download it as a CSV file. In none of these cases is anything transmitted through this website.
5. Hosting
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Servers are located within the European Union. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place: it has formed part of the IONOS SE general terms and conditions since 19 July 2022 and was concluded for our customer account on 17 November 2022.
6. Contacting us
If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process the data you provide solely in order to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Business correspondence is retained for the statutory periods of six and ten years respectively.
7. Catalogue search and filters
The search and filter function of the product catalogue runs entirely in your browser. Your input is not transmitted to our server, not stored and not analysed.
8. Location map on the contact page (Google Maps)
The contact page offers a map of our location. This map is not loaded automatically. As long as you do not press the “Load map” button, no connection to Google is made and no data is transmitted to Google. Until then you only see a placeholder with our address that is served entirely from our own server.
If you press the button, the map is loaded from Google. In particular your IP address, information about your browser and operating system, the page requested and the date and time are transmitted to Google. Google may process these data in the United States and may associate them with an existing Google account. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; for users outside the EEA Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis for loading the map and for accessing your device is solely your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG, which you give by clicking the button. You are not obliged to do so; all details about our location and how to reach us are available on the contact page without the map. Your consent applies to that page view only: if you reload the page or visit it again later, the map is inactive again. Nothing is stored on your device for this consent.
The “Plan route” and “Google business profile” links are ordinary links. They only connect to Google once you click them, and you then leave this website. Google's privacy policy applies to processing on Google's pages: policies.google.com/privacy.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). An informal message to info@hablizel.com is sufficient.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.
10. Automated decision-making
No automated decision-making including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR takes place.
